Writing my project two was very challenging for me. When I started, I felt like this would be an easy project for me, but as I really got into it, I started just telling my experiences and stories and not really analyzing the problem of lack of menu options in certain places that lies within the Celiac community. I thought that project two was very fun, yet a challenging experience as a writer.
